Well I am no photographer that is for sure:) For these pictures I just tried to think what I could do, what I could create, or what I could snap a picture of that best fit the elements and principles of design. Also I chose the pictures on how I looked at them, reacted to them, and how I felt toward them. Here is my slide show HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY IT:) http://s1088.photobucket.com/albums/i336/JoannaLimpert/?albumview=slideshow |
Hi Joanna,
ReplyDeleteI was going to review your entire slideshow first and then write down my thoughts but by slide two I was too excited so I paused it. Your example for repetition made me smile. I’m assuming you’re a teacher or at least around kids often. I’m glad the professor had us review other classmate’s blogs because it’s interesting to see what ideas come to mind when a category is pre-selected. Unity was the element that I had the most difficult defining through photography. The s’more is a fun example that is very relatable to just about everyone in our society. Your movement is adorable. I tried to get my little niece to jump around but after many failed attempts, I settled for using my dog! I feel you did a great job. In addition to meeting the assigned criteria, it was a nice glimpse into your surroundings for a moment. I agree with how you chose to take your photographs. If you have real feelings and reactions from them, then you’ll be more passionate about developing and explaining them. Thanks for sharing,
Jessica Marchetti
